Redemption Instructions To Redeem KFC Gift Cards: Please present the valid e-voucher QR code on your mobile device to the staff at cashier Via Self-Ordering Kiosk After added items to Cart, please press “Coupons” at the top of screen and scan the valid e-voucher QR code Via KFC App (iOS | Playstore) After added items to Cart and pressed “Checkout” Please press “Scan” under “Coupons” tap and scan the valid e-voucher QR code OR enter the valid code number in " Enter Promo Code" field and press “Apply” IMPORTANT NOTES: This e-voucher is valid until the expiry date mentioned on the voucher. The e-voucher can be redeemed at designated Hong Kong and Macau KFC restaurant. This e-voucher is applicable for orders at cashier, ordering kiosk, click & collect orders, online purchase delivery and online purchase self-pick up. This e-voucher is only acceptable for e-version; photocopied/ printed version or screen capture of the e-voucher will not be accepted. The QR code on this e-voucher will be scanned and verified for redemption. No cancellation and refund are allowed on successful transaction. Birdland (Hong Kong) Limited and Birdland (Macau) Limited reserve the right not to accept the e-voucher if the QR code cannot be recognized by the system. This e-voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only; any unused balance will not be carried forward or returned in cash. This e-voucher is not valid after the expiry date. This e-voucher is not valid for purchasing cash vouchers. This e-voucher is not for resale without specific written authorization by Birdland (Hong Kong) Limited and Birdland (Macau) Limited. This e-voucher may not be used for any trade or promotional purpose without specific written authorization by Birdland (Hong Kong) Limited and Birdland (Macau) Limited. Birdland (Hong Kong) Limited and Birdland (Macau) Limited will not be liable for the loss, and misuse of any issued e-voucher. The e-voucher holder shall be solely responsible for all liabilities.
