Visit https://setup.office.com/ Sign in with your Microsoft account (or create one if you don’t have it). Enter the 25-character product key provided after purchase. Select your country and preferred language. Download the Microsoft Excel 2024 setup and install it. After installation, open Excel and sign in with your Microsoft account to activate. The activation key will bind to your Microsoft account. If you'd like to move the license between devices, you will need to DEACTIVATE it before transfering to a new device. You CANNOT have two active devices at the same time!
