General Sale Laws

1- It is not allowed to sell or offer each of the following accounts:

• Joint accounts.
• Accounts without a primary email, including emails associated with the primary email.
• Cracked and hacked accounts.
• Stolen accounts.

2- We provide a protection guarantee period for the buyer 24 hours, in the event that the account is withdrawn or exposed to a item during this period, the sale process will be canceled and the amount will be returned to the customer. If a problem occurs after this period, our team will investigate the matter. In the event that it is proven that the seller is the culprit, we will ask him to return the amount to the buyer, or the seller will be prosecuted through our legal team and his account on the GameSoo platform will be blocked.

3- The seller must inform the buyer of any restrictions on the account and clarify them in the account description. Example: FIFA accounts where the transfer market has been closed due to the purchase of coins.

4- The seller must specify the region or regon of the account in the product description. Example: Sony hands, Steam accounts. Etc.

5- In the event of a complaint from the buyer and the complaint is settled in his favor, the seller is allowed to retrieve and secure the account, and after the seller's confirmation, the amount will be returned to the buyer.

**6- The seller must provide the correct login information, some errors may occur sometimes, and this is normal, but repeating it more than once may expose your account to ban.

7- Misleading or non-identical titles are not allowed to be placed in the product.

8- The seller is not allowed to share any means of communication outside the site, whether in private conversations or in the description and pictures of products.

9- The seller must disconnect all unnecessary login methods before offering the account for sale. Example: Login through Xbox for Fortnite accounts. Etc.

Dear seller, violating the sales laws may expose your account to a ban, we understand that unintentional mistakes may occur, but we will never tolerate if the mistake is repeated more than once.

In case you have a balance in your wallet before the ban and there are no adjustments required of you from the clients, our team will transfer the amount to your account before the ban
