If you haven’t claimed the key yet: if you realize that the purchased version of Windows/Office is incorrect and you haven’t claimed the key yet, you can review and return it from Gamesoo Inventory within 24 hours from the purchase date in exchange for Gamesoo Balance. After that, please contact our support.
