How to change the password on your Ubisoft Connect account?

To change your password on your Ubisoft Connect account, you need to follow the steps below:

1. Sign in to your Ubisoft Connect account.
2. Press on your profile icon in the upper right corner and from the dropdown menu, choose Account management.
3. Press on the Security tab.
4. At the top of the page, search for the "Password" section and press Change.
5. You will see a verification pop-up window, just press Send.
6. Ubisoft support will send an email to your mailbox, so you need to check it. If you don't find the email, check your Spam folder.
7. Open the confirmation email you received.
8. Insert your new password and press Change.

Important: your password must meet the following requirements:

• Must be between 8 and 16 characters long.
• Must include at least one lowercase letter.
• Must include at least one uppercase letter.
• Must include at least one number.
• Must include at least one special character.
• Must not include your username.
