If you purchased an Origin/EA App Game Account, below are some tips on how to use and customize it:

3- You need to change the credentials to make the account yours:

• Change the password

Below are important tips about your EA account:

• Use your personal email:
  Avoid using one-time emails supplied by merchants. Use your own email for your Steam account, and preferably not a new account. One-time email is only designated to receive the 2FA code and it's recommended to be replaced once you have been granted access to the account.

• Don't contact the Support team:
  When you purchase the account, don't inform EA or Steam, as this may lead to your account being banned.

• Avoid changing the account region:
  Changing it may lead to your account being banned.

• Avoid adding payment methods:
  Don't link any payment methods, especially credit cards or bank accounts from a different region, as this may raise suspicions.

• Use an independent account:
  Avoid using an EA account that has been linked previously to other Steam accounts to protect your account from being banned.

Linking EA Accounts with Steam:
Don't use a new EA account to link it with your Steam account to minimize the risk of a ban, so you need to wait some time after creating the account before linking. The new account increases suspicions.
