How to change your email address on your Origin/EA App account?

In order to change your email address on your Origin/EA account, you need to follow these steps:

• Sign in to your Origin/EA App account.
• From the upper right, press your profile icon and choose “Account settings”.
• Press “Edit” found next to the “Email Address” section.
• Identity verification will be needed then press on “Send security code”.
• EA support will send an email with a code to your mailbox linked to the account, so you need to check it. If you don't find the email, check your Spam folder.
• Insert the security code that was sent to your mailbox and press "Confirm".
• Insert your new email address in the designated field.
• When prompted to confirm the changes, press “Continue”.
• Search for the email from EA Support in your mailbox.
• Insert the confirmation code you received via mail and press “Submit”.
